Kim Culbert-Blaeser
Realtor, Broker, GRI
I love the real estate profession because it gives me the opportunity to meet new people. Working with first-time home buyers, and seeing their excitement as they purchase their first home, is especially rewarding.
I have a degree in Business Administration from UW-River Falls and have been a licensed Realtor since 2003, and a Real Estate Broker since 2009.
I believe in supporting the community and have served on the YMCA board, as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a Graduate of the Blandin Community Leadership Program. I also help teach the AEOA First Time Home Buyer Home Stretch Workshop. Currently, I belong to the Soroptimist Club of Virginia and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family & friends and working on my own home.
